The data shows that you gave us a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 8/10. This demonstrates a high level of customer loyalty and willingness to recommend our products or service.
As a team focused on delivering exceptional levels of client service, we were delighted with the positive comments received highlighting how you feel supported as advisers. Many positive comments and responses focused on our robust innovative investment approach, investment philosophy and different proposition, reassuring us that we are achieving our aim of delivering consistent, data-driven-decisions and engaging, clear reporting.
The data demonstrates that we are providing our adviser community with solutions that you and your clients need.
As well as focusing on the many positives, we have listened to your feedback and where you referenced areas that could be improved, we have outlined below the steps we’ve taken to address your comments.
Online functionality & tools
Some responders were unable to locate information on the portal or were unaware of what is available. Supporting Performance data & AQ Results

To address this, we have created a new section on our website demonstrating the performance and function of 8AM AQ investment methodology.
